WHAT IS THIS WORKSHOP ABOUT? There is a powerful connection reciprocal connection between mouth/jaw tension & mental/emotional tensions and the experience of anxiety. Learning to relax the mouth can be an extraordinary gateway to easing anxiety. 

We will:

⁃ Discuss the connection between our mouths & tension/anxiety
⁃ Briefly discuss the connection between mouth &/or pelvis tension
⁃ Explore some simple exercises for releasing tongue, mouth & jaw
⁃ Explore some simple breath awareness & mindfulness attunement techniques.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR: This workshop is for anyone interested in inhabiting their body and mind with greater ease. Men, women, non-binary invited.
