2-3 Yoga asana (Yoga pose) classes daily. A mix of gentle and active classes
Participate in simple rituals & workshops to tune into deep wisdom residing in the mind, body, heart & soul
Release blockages through healing practices, affirmations, music, journaling & breath-work.
Set intentions for the forthcoming Astrological New Year/Spring Equinox. Draw oracle cards & explore other divination techniques
