The Art Of Human Movement

with Natalia Rodriguez Arango
Part 1: Oct. 14th, 7-9pm ET / Part 2: Oct Nov. 11th, 7-9pm ET
The human body is a marvelous creation and it can be used in such thoughtful ways, as long as we become aware of how to maneuver its parts. How you move matters. We all have similar yet unique physical features that determine how we can move in space. This 2 part anatomy & kinesiology workshop explores the basics of human anatomy in combination with the art of movement patterns, so that you can create art through movement perhaps, even, better enjoy your personal yoga practice. Immerse in the study of your own body, and the consciousness that is always moving though it will reach a new potential.
